Christ, for Christ

Freedom Biblical Outreach Ministry exists to restore the family.

We are a Christ-centered remote outreach rooted in Holy Scripture, founded by Dr. Michael Napier and his wife, Julia. We exist to reconnect fathers, mothers, children, and broken homes — through Christ, for Christ.

We are not a business. We are an outreach — applying timeless biblical truth to heal wounds, rebuild trust, and strengthen the covenant of family, wherever that family may be.

The crisis & our calling

We are in a spiritual war for the family.

For over two decades, our founders have stood on the front lines — counseling the broken, the addicted, and the hopeless, and sitting with children lost in the chaos of fatherlessness and covenant-breaking.

The world offers temporary trends and psychological techniques, but the family continues to crumble. This is not merely a psychological problem; it is a gospel crisis. And a gospel crisis demands an unapologetically biblical solution.

Anchored in timeless truth.

We are not guided by worldly trends. Out of holy burden and conviction, this ministry is built on the inspired, inerrant, and sufficient Word of God.

Boots on the ground.

This is a hands-on mission to take back the family — standing in the gap for households anywhere, anytime, through remote counseling.

For the glory of God.

Every reconciled father and child, every marriage rebuilt, is God's divine order restored in the home — and His name honored.

What we do

The Three Pillars of Restoration

Our ministry is focused on three core mandates given to us in Scripture.

I

Speak Life into Fractured Places

We bring robust, timeless biblical counseling and resources to those in crisis. As a remote outreach, we are not bound by geography — we stand in the gap for families anywhere, anytime, offering the hope and healing found only in the Word of God.

II

Apply the Whole Counsel of God

We unapologetically use the inspired, inerrant, and sufficient Word of God to heal wounds, rebuild shattered trust, and strengthen the covenant of family. Scripture alone holds the answers to life's deepest problems and the power to truly transform hearts.

III

Restore the God-Ordained Order

We have a specific calling to see God's divine order restored in the home — reconciling fathers and mothers to their children, husbands to their wives, and broken homes back to their Savior, Jesus Christ.

Where we focus

Whatever your family is carrying, bring it here.

These are the front lines where God has called us to serve. Don’t see yours? Reach out anyway — there’s no burden too heavy to bring.

Fatherhood

Restoring fathers to their families and equipping men to lead their homes in Christ.

Marriage & Families

Rebuilding trust, communication, and the covenant that holds a home together.

Youth & Behavior

Walking with children and teens through the chaos, confusion, and wounds of a broken culture.

Trauma

Bringing the comfort and healing of God's Word to deep wounds that won't seem to close.

Addiction & Recovery

Confronting the patterns that have taken hold, and finding freedom that lasts.

Crisis & Despair

Standing with the hopeless and hurting in their darkest hour, and pointing to living hope.

“And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers…”

Malachi 4:6

Common questions

You probably have questions.

Both care deeply about people in pain. Biblical counseling is distinct in that it treats God's Word as fully sufficient and authoritative for understanding the heart and finding lasting change. Rather than starting from a secular framework, we start from Scripture — applied with training, compassion, and practical wisdom to your real, specific situation.

All of our counseling is conducted remotely, through secure tele-counseling. Because we are not bound by geography, we can walk with families anywhere — from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Sessions are offered on an income-based sliding scale — from $20 up to a $150 full fee — so that quality care is accessible to every family. A one-time $20 intake fee begins the process. And if you are currently unable to contribute financially, sessions are offered at no cost. Cost should never be the reason you don't reach out.

You are genuinely welcome no matter where you are spiritually. We are unapologetically Christ-centered and will always point you to the hope found in Him — but you'll never be pressured, only cared for.

We focus on fathers, mothers, children, and families — walking with people through fatherhood, marriage and family conflict, youth behavior, trauma, addiction, and crisis. If you don't see your situation listed, reach out anyway.

Yes. What you share stays between us, with rare exceptions required by law or safety (such as a serious risk of harm). We'll go over confidentiality clearly in your first conversation.
